Dialectical Behavior Therapy; Saturday Groups
The first Saturday of the month begins a new service here at Integrative Health. We will
be offering morning therapy appointments from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m..
DBT group for teens will be 12:00 - 1:30 and adult DBT group will be 1:45- 3:15.
DBT Is an evidenced based program is focused on learning skills become mindful, distress
tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotion regulation. DBT works to alleviate
emotional suffering and to improve the ability to work through and tolerate life situations
that cause an emotional upset in a person's life. Learning DBT will help you to handle
crisis and life stressor's in a more healthy way.
